Franchise details.

1. FRANCHISE FEE
The franchise fee is 100,000 Baht (exclude vat) for a 5 year contract. This franchise fee includes authorization to use the Suzuki trade mark, a beginning location estimate and the first training course. 100% of the fee is payable when the contract is signed.

2. ROYALTY & MARKETING FEE
Ratio 5% per month from sales total.

3. LOCATION AND SELECTION
3.1 Franchisees will include location selection and all locations must be approved by Suzuki.
3.2 Locations are restricted to B grade to A grade department stores, cinemas or office buildings with more than 3,000 occupants.
3.3 Other locations that are authorized by the Franchisee.
3.4 Shop space should be a minimum of 3-4 square meters.
3.5 Shop must have a water system and a telephone.
3.6 If a shop opens up-country, the Franchisee must bear all of the location surveying and selections.

4. Interior and Design
4.1 A shop space of 25 -30 square meters (KIOSK) will cost approximately 400,000 – 500,000 Baht for design and interiors.
4.2 A shop space of 50 square meters or more (a typical design) will cost approximately 600,000 – 1,500,000 Baht for design and interiors.

The franchisee will be responsible that all design and interiors adhere to Suzuki standards. In case the space owner asks for a design fee, it is dependent upon design and shop space.
* Remark: This interiors fee is an approximate cost. It may change depending on the shop space and location.

5. Furniture will depends on the shop space and design
5.1 A shop space of 25 -30 square meters (KIOSK) will cost around 50,000 Baht (4 tables, 16 seats).
5.2 A shop space of 50 square meters or more (TYPICAL SHOP) will cost around 70,000 – 90,000 Baht (8 - 9 tables, 36 seats).

6. Shop accessories e.g.
6.1 Main and reservation coffee machine.
6.2 Brew coffee machine.
6.3 Refrigerator and freezer.
6.4 Blender machine.
6.5 Oven.
6.6 Brew accessories.
6.7 Cashier machine and software.
6.8 Hot and cool cup including other Suzuki packing.
6.9 Uniform.

Total expenses will be around 350,000 Baht. Some accessories (e.g. coffee machines) may change depending on market price.

7. Trading authorization for a registration fee and other government fees
Franchisee have to bear Trading authorize register fee, taxation and other fee e.g. label tax and other fees.

8. Other expenses and working capital
The franchisee must have enough working capital for expenses such as insurance, space rental, salary, material costs and tax expenses.
